from audit to rescue.

saas audit

in one week i audit your react/next app: performance, architecture, technical debt, and scaling risks. you get a prioritized report and a video walkthrough with the action plan.

// 1 week · flat fee

rescue sprint

i fix what's slowing your product down — core web vitals, refactors, scaling bottlenecks — in fixed-scope, fixed-price sprints. shipped to production, not just merged in a pr.

// 2–4 weeks · fixed scope

real scale

not theory: i built real-time platforms at enterprise scale for utilities with fortune 500 clients, and shipped nderoga, my own saas, to production. i know what holds up and what breaks.

// about

hey, i'm marcelo.

i'm an end-to-end product engineer from asunción, paraguay. i lead frontend innovation for a north american utility company with fortune 500 clients — building real-time saas at enterprise scale — and i'm the founder of nderoga and grumi.

my passion for tech started early — reverse-engineering online games at twelve. more than a decade later, i still love the full loop: design, frontend, backend, infra, and the awkward tuesdays where the database needs a vacuum.
