how do we work together?

we start with a 1-week audit at a flat fee: i review your react/next app and hand you a prioritized plan. from there, the critical fixes ship in 2-4 week rescue sprints with fixed scope and fixed price. i work 10-20 hrs/week, so the scope is always tight and clear.

do you only do frontend?

no. frontend is my deepest layer, and i also ship the api, the data model, the gcp deployment and the github actions ci. founder products like nderoga forced me to own everything. that's how i prefer to work.
